1. Peserta merupakan siswa/ siswi SMP/MTs se Jawa Timur
2. Kuota peserta Max 50 peserta
3. Setiap sekolah tidak dibatasi jumlah penggiriman peserta
4. Peserta wajib berpakaian syar’i
Laki – laki : rapi memakai peci
Perempuan : rok, krudung
5. Durasi waktu 6 menit
6. Panitia akan memberi peringatan :
Lampu merah : waktu habis
Lampu kuning : waktu telah berlangsung 4 menit
Lampu hijau : mulai perlombaan
7. Adanya pengurangan nilai bagi peserta yang melebihi batas waktu yang telah ditentukan
8. Pilihlah surat yang ditentukan :

9. Peserta tidak wajib membaca seluruh ayat, dapat menyesuaikan waktu
